RIGHT TO RETURN PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the products you bought, within 3 calendar days from the date you receive the products.

In this case you will be charged with the shipping costs, with your own courier delivery.

Returns are accepted if they meet the following conditions:

  • Contact within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the products.
  • The products have not been opened and their packaging has not been violated.
  • The product is accompanied by the retail sales receipt or the invoice.

If I receive my package and the products it contains are damaged or spilled, what is the procedure?

Yanniextensions.gr will immediately replace your parcel if you send us photos (in our email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your parcel that the products you have selected appear damaged or spilled.
You must also provide us with your details (contact phone number, name and number of your order).
The process should be done within 24 hours from the moment you receive your parcel from the shipping company.

Returns on all nail products are not accepted.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER

Our customers are entitled to cancel an order, under the very specific conditions below:

  • In case the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button in your browser.
  • In case the electronic order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company on the same day until 15:00, so that he can further inform you about the procedure to be followed.
    Your order can be canceled provided it has not already been processed by the company. 

The right to cancel the order does not exist beyond the above cases.

In case the product has been shipped and you have received it, DO NOT OPEN the manufacturer's packaging and ask us via e-mail to cancel the order.
Refund costs or delivery and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
