Cash on delivery at your place:

• For orders up to 30 € the charge for a parcel up to 2 kg is 3 € and 3 € cash on delivery (6 € in total) for orders up to 30 €.
  Calculate 1.5 € extra for each extra kg.
  The exact calculation of the shipping is done during the ordering process.
• Free for orders over 30 € up to 2 kg weight. (From 2 Kg and above, calculate 1.5 € extra for each extra kilo.)

Orders placed by 15:00 are shipped on the same business day (excluding Saturday & Sunday) if the products are available and are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery days in remote / inaccessible regions may vary.

If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to complete your order.

Deliveries in Attica region are made with "RED COURIER" company.
Deliveries in outer Attica region are made with "ACS COURIER" company.

Yanniextensions.gr will immediately replace your parcel if you send us photos (in our email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your parcel that the products you have selected appear damaged or spilled. 
You must also provide us with your details (contact phone number, name and number of your order).
The process should be done within 24 hours from the moment you receive your parcel from the shipping company.
